What this website is for
This is the official website of Cripto Adicto, the YouTube channel @Cripto_Adicto. It brings together educational content about cryptocurrencies (guides, a glossary and explainers) and the channel's videos, in Spanish, which you can watch right here without leaving the page.
What you won't find: user registration, comments, contact forms, a newsletter, a shop, advertising or affiliate links. Nothing is sold here and nobody manages your money.
Everything about your personal data is in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

Educational content, not advice
Everything published here, including the videos, is for informational and educational purposes. It is not financial, tax or legal advice, nor a personalized recommendation to buy or sell any crypto-asset. We don't know your situation, your goals or how much you can afford to lose.
Figures, rules and platforms in the crypto world change fast. Each page shows the date it was last updated. If you spot an outdated or wrong figure, write to [to be completed] and we'll look into it.

Intellectual property: who owns what
Each part of the website has its own owner and its own rules:
You may quote short excerpts of the texts, citing the source and linking to the original page, within the limits of the quotation right in Article 32 of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act. Copying whole pages, republishing them or using them for commercial purposes requires the owner's written permission.

Liability
We take care to keep the information accurate and check it against official sources, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or still current on the day you read it. The decisions you make with your money are yours: to the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for losses arising from investment decisions based on the content of this website or the channel.
Nor can we guarantee that the website will always be available and uninterrupted, whether because of maintenance, technical failures or causes beyond our control. We do what is reasonable to keep it secure, although no system connected to the internet is invulnerable.
The opinions in the videos are their author's personal opinions at the time of recording, not a professional assessment of your case.

Those websites are not under our control: they have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
Under Article 17 of the LSSI-CE, if we gain actual knowledge that a link leads to unlawful content, we will remove it diligently. If you find one, let us know at [to be completed].
If you want to link to this website, go ahead. We only ask that you don't suggest a relationship or an endorsement that doesn't exist.
